[Roles and Responsibilities]
In this role, the Service Commercial Leader - Imaging is responsible for leading Korea Imaging Service Sales execution across assigned territories and key accounts. This role drives MSA retention, renewal, capture rate improvement, lifecycle solution growth, and customer engagement across the Imaging installed base.
The Service Commercial Leader - Imaging will provide leadership and coaching to Imaging Service Account Leaders and Managers, strengthen field execution discipline, and collaborate closely with Equipment Sales, Service Delivery, OTR, Finance, and Service Growth teams. This role acts as the key field commercial leader for Imaging Service business, converting Korea Service growth strategies into customer-level opportunities and sustainable business outcomes.

[Key responsibilities/essential functions include (but not limited to)]
- Own assigned accounts across the full equipment lifecycle and develop account growth strategies.
- Drive MSA renewal, conversion, and win-back opportunities to achieve service growth targets.
- Identify and develop ODS, O&U, and Digital solution opportunities across the installed base.
- Build strong relationships with hospital executives, BMEs, clinicians, and key decision-makers.
- Develop customer-focused value propositions and lifecycle solution proposals aligned with customer priorities.
- Manage service opportunities from pipeline creation through contract closure while ensuring forecast accuracy and business visibility.
- Collaborate with Equipment Sales teams to maximize lifecycle opportunities and support equipment growth strategies.
- Work closely with Service Delivery and Operations teams to ensure successful contract execution and customer satisfaction.
- Develop reference accounts and leverage customer success stories to strengthen market influence.
- Monitor customer needs, market trends, and competitive activities to identify new growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with pricing, contract governance, and commercial approval requirements.
- Contribute to a culture of teamwork, accountability, and customer focus across the Korea Service Commercial organization.

Contribute to account plans at accounts covered by account managers/executives. Educates account team members on their solutions/services strategy and offerings. Collaborate with and leverage subject matter experts and other resources within GEHC channels to build relationships and secure business. Share and follow-up identified leads to other product lines within own accounts and or One GEHC accounts
[Qualifications/Requirements]
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Healthcare, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Service Sales, Medical Device Sales, Healthcare Commercial, or Account Management.
- Strong customer relationship management and solution-selling skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and translate them into business opportunities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in Korean and English.
- Experience working in a cross-functional and matrix organization.
- Strong planning, negotiation, and execution capability.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
- Valid driver's license.
