Description
The Senior System Analyst must collaborate and work with the business and key stakeholders in the performance of the work, and must carry out, but is not limited to the following tasks:
- review established business requirements and ensure they are properly translated into specifications;
- conduct broad market evaluation for options including available Government of Canada (GC) products;
- evaluate and analyze various viable options;
- prepare and develop required plans, documentation and reports for stakeholders, including the final option analysis report; and
• present findings.

MT1 |
The Offeror must submit a detailed résumé for the proposed resource which demonstrates that the resource meets the requirements of the ProServices Supply Arrangement for Stream 1, Application Services for the resource category (1.8 System analyst), Senior Level. |

MT2 |
The Offeror must demonstrate that the proposed resource has experience conducting and delivering one options analysis for an IT, digital or business system project, within the last sixty (60) months from the solicitation posting date.
To demonstrate experience, the Offeror must provide all the following information in the referenced project:
a) brief description and purpose of the analysis;
b) key deliverables produced by the resource;
c) the outcome of the analysis; and
d) full name, title and email of Project/Technical Authority (must have been an employee of the organization at the time of project). |
