- Leads data analysis and performance tracking of IFM partners to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs are met.
- Validates and standardizes operational processes across IFM services to ensure consistency, compliance, and efficiency.
- Supports and participates in continuous improvement projects focused on cost optimization, safety, and service delivery.
- Executes routine inspections and process confirmations to verify proper execution of IFM activities and adherence to safety protocols.
- Coordinates with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure timely execution of facility maintenance, repairs, and projects.
- Manages purchase order (PO) creation, tracking, and invoice follow-up to support financial compliance and budget control.
- Prepares operational reports and supports audits by consolidating and validating documentation from IFM partner
