Sr. Marketing Analyst (Pharma/Medtech)

About the Role

At Vantive, we are focused on improving outcomes and creating meaningful impact for patients. As a Sr. Marketing Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and performance of the Chronic Care portfolio across Mexico and selected Latin America markets.

This position combines strategic marketing, business analytics, forecasting, market intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration to support commercial success. Working closely with Product Management and key business partners, you will transform data and market insights into actionable recommendations, support business planning activities, and contribute to the successful execution of marketing and commercial initiatives

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor commercial, financial, and market data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Support forecasting activities by demand plans, and business performance indicators.
• Prepare business reviews and executive-level reports to support decision-making.
• Translate business insights into recommendations that improve commercial and marketing performance.
• Support product launches, portfolio optimization initiatives, and strategic business projects.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and other cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution.
• Coordinate scientific events, medical congresses, and marketing programs while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Assess competitive activity, market dynamics, and customer insights to identify opportunities that support portfolio growth

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Strategic Marketing, Product Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Business Analytics, Product Management Support, or related areas.
• Experience within the pharmaceutical, medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences industry.
• Experience analyzing business, commercial, market, or financial data.
• Experience supporting cross-functional projects and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Intermediate to advanced English with the ability to participate in business discussions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting commercial planning, portfolio management and

         cross-functional projects.

• Experience with forecasting, demand planning, and commercial planning processes.
• Exposure to regional or multinational business environments.
• Knowledge of chronic care, renal therapies, medical devices, or pharmaceutical portfolios.
