Our client is a global investment management firm that manages over 100 billion assets who meets the needs of a broad base of institutional clients, distributors and intermediaries.
Our client is active in private markets, offering a diversified, high value-added portfolio across Private Equity, Real Estate, and Infrastructure Debt.
The data Management team is looking to expand and is currently hiring new members.
Data Management team plays a central role in managing financial data across the organization to ensure the integrity , reliability and availability of the data. Its mission is to administer and guarantee the quality of both static and dynamic data, establish and maintain the necessary data flows, and ensure synchronization between systems according to business needs. By maintaining high data standards and optimizing operational processes, the team contributes directly to regulatory compliance, and informed decision-making across the company.
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Data Management Analyst to support daily and monthly data operations across financial instruments, fund statics, classifications and pricing. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in financial data operations and analytics in Asset Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily checks on static data for securities, issuers and funds.
Validate instrument characteristics and prevent data duplication.
Monitor and update FX rates, yield curves and benchmark prices.
Assist in fund calendar synchronization and bank holiday setup.
Support monthly reporting tasks including key ratio updates and rating validation, and classification checks.
Perform ad-hoc tasks such as instrument creation, static data enrichment and alternative code updates, with high reactivity requirements.
Education & Background
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, banking or capital markets
• Strong interest in financial instruments, market data and reference data management (Instruments, Indices, Portfolios).
Technical & Functional Knowledge
• Good understanding of financial instruments and market data.
• Knowledge of SimCorp Dimension would be a plus.
• Knowledge of Bloomberg would be a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel.
Experience
• 0-2 years of experience in financial data management or operations

• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving ability.
• Rigor and strong awareness of the impact of data handled.
• Strong curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to details.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and structured environment.

• Fluent English; French is a plus.
Work Model:
This role follows a hybrid work model. The employee is required to be onsite 1–2 times per week, according to a predefined schedule.
Schedule between 07:00 and 17:00, with specific hours to be aligned with the team’s needs.
