- Support the client, where needed, with quantity surveys of materials delivered to site or warehouse
- Prepare and maintain site observation reports and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) as required

- Maintain as-built drawings and update design documentation based on site changes
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and flag potential delays related to design or material issues
- Liaise with civil defense consultants to ensure fit-out designs and installations comply with fire and life safety requirements, supporting approvals as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in interior design with exposure to site execution or fit-out supervision.

Key Skills:
- Problem-solving ability to address on-site design and construction challenges

- Comfort working directly with contractors and site teams in a live construction environment, including the ability to give clear, actionable direction under time or client pressure
- Ability to read, interpret, and cross-check architectural, MEP, and interior fit-out drawings against on-site conditions to identify discrepancies before they become costly rework
- Hands-on knowledge of fit-out materials and finishes (joinery, veneers, stone, metals, paint systems, flooring) and their behavior under real site conditions, including tolerances and common failure points
