Occupational Therapist. Life-Changing Work with a Flexible Schedule! Find the perfect balance between your career and personal life while helping patients regain independence. As an Occupational Therapist (OT) in home health care, you’ll create personalized treatment plans, teach adaptive skills, and collaborate with a caring team, all with the flexibility you deserve!

Your Impact
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide therapy services per physician’s orders
- Assess functional status and recommend adaptive equipment
- Teach new skills or retrain patients in daily activities
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in case conferences
Requirements
- Actively licensed as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in the State of Arizona
- Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited OT program, eligible for NBCOT certification
- Minimum 2 years’ clinical experience (home health preferred)
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
