Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as hybrid on mid shift (1pm to 10pm). This means the successful candidate is expected to report to GM Philippines office three times per week or other frequency dictated by the business.
What You'll Do
- Perform engineering research to identify technical specifications
- Analyze Customs Explanatory Notes for the Harmonized Tariff Schedule
- Assign Harmonized System (HS) tariff codes and foreign descriptions to goods
- Perform routine consistency and quality reviews
- Provide status updates to leaders
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
- Studying Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Economics, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Must be interested in or have experience in automotive parts and its functions
- Knowledge in customs classification and customs legislation is an advantage
- Willing to work on mid shift
