Process Overview*
Global Tenants is part of the shared services platform, supporting Global Navigation, Header and Footer, Global Search, Digital Chat, and digital collaboration capabilities across Consumer and Wealth applications. The portfolio provides reusable digital components and enterprise integrations across shared digital platforms.
Job Description*.
The role is responsible for developing and maintaining reusable user interfaces using JavaScript (React/Vue) and HTML/CSS, implementing integration requirements, supporting Java-based backend services and API integrations, performing impact analysis, and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions across shared digital platforms.
The position requires the ability to independently drive complex UI and enterprise integration initiatives.
The developer will support release activities, address accessibility requirements, and maintain application stability while collaborating closely with product, QA, and engineering teams.
The resource is required to maintain delivery continuity, preserve critical application knowledge, support ongoing modernization initiatives, and prevent capacity constraints that could impact release timelines, application stability, and customer experience across applications consuming Global Tenants capabilities.
Responsibilities*
Key responsibilities include:
The resource should be able to independently handle analysis, design, development and execution for the initiatives assigned. Eventually scale up to mentor and guide new resources.
· Own the delivery of weekly and monthly deliverables, working closely with the leads to ensure on time delivery consistently and with high quality.
· Actively participate in code review to understand the best practices followed in project and provide suggestions for improvement.
· Should actively participate in all agile meeting like scrum, sprint planning for setting up clear goals and expectation on deliverables. Should proactively bring up any impediments affecting delivery.
· Taking ownership of the initiatives assigned from design phase to implementation.
· Use the best of practices to ensure the code pushed is error free and meets application standards.
· Skillful in defect management, drive triages with other teams to ensure the root cause is identified and fixed.
· Domain & Technical Skill enhancement, Ability convert business requirement into technical implementation.
Requirements
Education*
- Any Graduation / Post Graduation
Experience Range*
- 4 to 6 years
Foundational skills*
- JavaScript (React/Vue): reusable UI components and frontend application development.
- Java: backend services, API development, and enterprise application integrations.CI/CD- Jenkins, Bit bucket, Maven.
- HTML/CSS: responsive layouts, accessible user interfaces, and consistent styling across shared digital components.
Desired skills*
· Log4j, Splunk.
· Knowledge in cloud and its monitoring tools will be handy
Work Timings*: 11.30 AM to 8.30 PM IST (Need to flexible as per business need)
