At Röhlig Belgium, our experienced team is focused on exceptional customer service and business development. You’ll build and lead Röhlig’s Belgian commercial team across Antwerp, Brussels and Liège. Working closely with the Managing Director for Netherlands & Belgium, you will win customers and grow direct business.

What you will do:

•Win customers through cold calls, appointments and customer visits.

•Own each sales cycle from first conversation to customer handover.

•Build senior customer relationships and negotiate commercial agreements.

•Lead and coach Belgium’s commercial team to ambitious sales goals.

•Set the Belgian sales plan with the Managing Director.

•Grow key accounts and cross-sell air and ocean freight.

•Agree deliverable offers, handovers and SOPs with operations.

What you bring:

•10+ years of successful freight forwarding sales in Belgium or Benelux.

•Proven personal success winning customers and profitable air or ocean growth.

•Confident prospecting, cold calling, appointments and customer visits.

•Skilled at negotiating with senior customer decision makers.

•Commercial team leadership, coaching and performance follow-through.

•Professional English and fluency in Dutch and/or French; working ability in the second Belgian business language is an advantage.
