What This Role Is All About

Likewize is searching for a hands-on and business-oriented AI Product Solutions Specialist to join our Product Management team at our global headquarters in Southlake, Texas.

As our AI Product Solutions Specialist, you'll sit at the intersection of product, technology, and business innovation. You'll identify opportunities where AI can improve customer and operational experiences, build hands-on prototypes to prove value, and partner with teams across the business to bring successful ideas to life. This is a highly visible role for someone who loves solving problems, telling compelling product stories, and getting their hands dirty building solutions.

Your Key Areas of Focus

• Identify customer, operational, and business challenges where AI, automation, or workflow improvements can create meaningful impact.
• Build and test AI-powered prototypes using tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, APIs, automation platforms, and custom solutions.
• Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, success metrics, and delivery plans.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, Security, and business stakeholders to move solutions from concept through UAT and launch.
• Evaluate solution performance, adoption, risk, scalability, and customer impact while continuously improving outcomes.
• Help ensure AI solutions are secure, responsible, and aligned with privacy, compliance, and business requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Solutions Consulting, or a similar role where you've delivered technology solutions from idea to launch.
• Hands-on experience building, testing, or contributing to AI-powered prototypes.
• Working knowledge of AI tools and platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies.
• Ability to write or troubleshoot code in Python and comfortably work with APIs, structured data, and technical teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to tell a compelling story, influence stakeholders, and collaborate across multiple functions and regions.
• Curiosity, creativity, and sound judgment in determining when AI is the right solution and when a simpler approach is the better answer.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.

Extra Skills We’d Love to See

• Experience in insurance, insurtech, device protection, claims, warranty, or other regulated industries.
