• Lead daily WET/CMP manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, output, cycle time, productivity, and operational excellence targets.
• Manage WIP flow, production pace, tool utilization, capacity, and bottleneck recovery, ensuring effective execution against manufacturing priorities.
• Partner closely with Equipment, Process, Industrial Engineering, Automation, and other cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing constraints and drive sustainable improvements.
• Lead AI and digital transformation initiatives within the manufacturing organization, identifying high-impact opportunities where AI can improve productivity, efficiency, and operational decision-making.
• Drive the adoption of AI-enabled manufacturing solutions for WIP optimization, intelligent dispatching, capacity planning, production forecasting, and bottleneck management.
• Explore the use of predictive analytics and AI-based abnormality detection to identify potential production risks earlier and enable proactive intervention.
• Leverage AI and advanced analytics to analyze tool utilization, idle time, production loss, WIP trends, cycle time, and capacity constraints, translating insights into actionable manufacturing strategies.
• Promote AI-assisted decision-making to help manufacturing teams prioritize actions, accelerate issue resolution, and improve production execution.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive manufacturing activities and manual analysis through AI, workflow automation, and digital tools, allowing teams to focus on higher-value operational activities.
• Partner with technical and digital teams to develop and deploy smart manufacturing solutions, ensuring that AI applications address practical manufacturing problems and deliver measurable operational value.
• Establish appropriate manufacturing use cases and performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness and business impact of AI and digital solutions.
• Drive adoption of AI solutions within the manufacturing organization through change management, capability building, and employee engagement.
• Develop manufacturing supervisors and team members to strengthen their data literacy, digital mindset, and ability to effectively utilize AI tools in daily operations.
• Encourage the team to continuously identify opportunities where AI, automation, and data analytics can simplify work, improve decision quality, and enhance manufacturing performance.
• Lead continuous improvement activities focused on cycle time reduction, capacity optimization, productivity improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Build a culture of safety, quality, ownership, innovation, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.
