Team Overview

The Digital Client Solutions team provides dedicated technical support to Citi clients, helping them navigate and effectively use Citi's electronic banking platforms. The team ensures a seamless digital banking experience by resolving technical inquiries and offering ongoing user support.

The Digital Client Solution Analyst is responsible for delivering client resolutions and support in coordination with the broader Customer Service team. The primary objective of this role is to address external customer issues and provide continuous client service.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as single point of contact for internal partners and external clients, interacting with key teams to identify and resolve issues
• Ensures customer inquiries are answered in an efficient and timely manner, maintaining compliance with departmental standards
• Conduct necessary analyses to address client needs
• Communicate resolutions to clients
• Inform clients about problems (system failures, market issues) and provide regular resolution updates

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree/University degree
• Relevant experience in customer service
• Fluent English and Native Czech or Slovak (additional languages: Hungarian, Romain, Bulgarian is an advantage)
• Computer proficiency
• Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Proven investigative and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to present concepts and influence change
• Consistently deliver high-quality customer service
