Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical Power BI Developer with minimum 1-2 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, and reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Power BI, Power Query, DAX measures, data modeling, and data transformation, along with a solid understanding of data handling and analytics best practices. Prior experience in Supply Chain and Procurement domains is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Build and optimize Power Query transformations, DAX measures, calculated columns, and data models.
• Connect, integrate, and manage data from multiple sources such as SQL databases, Excel, SharePoint, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Perform data cleansing, validation, transformation, and analysis to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Translate business requirements into meaningful insights, KPIs, and visualizations.
• Automate reporting and business processes using Power Automate (basic level).
• Support ad-hoc data analysis and develop scalable reporting solutions for business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Procurement teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Power BI development.
• Strong expertise in: Power BI Desktop & Service Power Query (M Language) DAX (Measures, KPIs, Calculated Columns/Tables) Data Modeling and Performance Optimization Data Integration and ETL concepts
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, transformation, and automation.
• Basic knowledge of Power Automate workflows and automation.
• Strong understanding of data quality, data governance, and analytical problem-solving.
• Experience working with SQL and handling large datasets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Sourcing, Inventory, Logistics, or Operations Analytics.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Experience in developing procurement and supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
