Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic and family-oriented team. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a non-corporate, tech-focused environment and values a collaborative culture. You will manage a book of business, working directly with clients and carriers to deliver exceptional service. This is a hybrid position, offering a mix of in-office and remote work flexibility after the initial onboarding period.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $75,000 to $85,000 annually, with the potential to exceed $100,000 in a few years through a commission-based structure.
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance.
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule (3 days in-office initially, transitioning to 2 days in-office and 3 days remote).
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts, focusing on blue-collar households.
- Work directly with carriers to quote new and renewal business.
- Handle client-facing account management tasks, including policy reviews, endorsements, and renewals.
- Utilize Salesforce (training provided if needed) to manage client information and workflows.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in personal lines account management.
- Familiarity with working directly with carriers and managing client relationships.
- Technical Skills: While experience with Salesforce is a plus, we are happy to provide training.
- Work Ethic: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
