Responsibilities

• Manage personal lines accounts from A to Z, ensuring all client needs are met with professionalism and efficiency
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction
• Utilize Applied Epic software to manage client information and process transactions
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and responsibility in all interactions

Qualifications/Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Proven experience in account management, preferably in personal lines insurance
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and services
• Proficiency in Applied Epic software is preferred
• Professional, mature, and responsible demeanor
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a conservative, hardworking environment
