Responsibilities
As a Personal Lines Account Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing client inquiries and processing policy changes.
- Assisting clients in understanding and selecting appropriate insurance coverage.
- Proactively contacting clients to discuss policy updates and renewals.
- Communicating with insurance carriers to obtain quotes and process endorsements.
- Reviewing client renewals to ensure adequate and appropriate coverage.
