Personal Lines Account Manager - Hybrid

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to manage a portfolio of personal insurance clients in a hybrid work environment. Responsibilities include providing exceptional service, ensuring insurance needs are met, and fostering strong client relationships. The position offers a balance of remote and in-office work, encouraging high-quality client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for personal lines insurance clients, building and maintaining professional relationships.
• Manage renewals, amendments, and new policy acquisitions for personal lines clients.
• Provide personalized advice and solutions tailored to clients' insurance needs while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Conduct proactive policy reviews, address client concerns, and identify cross-sell or upsell opportunities.
• Handle endorsements, renewals, and claims support efficiently and accurately.
• Work with underwriters and insurance carriers to meet client requirements and resolve any issues.
• Document all client interactions and policy details clearly in the agency management system.
• Stay informed on industry trends, policy updates, and product knowledge to better serve clients.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven experience in account management, with a focus on personal lines insurance.
• Possession of or willingness to obtain a state insurance license in personal lines within a designated timeframe.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and rapport with clients.
• High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in insurance agency management software and office tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Problem-solving abilities with a commitment to excellent client service.
• Capability to work both independently in a remote setting and collaboratively in an office environment.
