Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and professional Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service to clients by managing personal lines accounts and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Reporting directly to the Agency Manager, you will work closely with a small, collaborative team to deliver outstanding service.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 annually, based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for personal lines accounts.
• Answer incoming calls and provide prompt, professional assistance to clients.
• Manage and service standard personal lines accounts effectively.
• Utilize AMS 360 software to maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management.
• Uphold a high level of professionalism and accountability in all interactions.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Experience: 0-3 years of relevant experience in account management or customer service.
• Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred but not required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS 360 software is a plus.
