Already in Greece? You can start soon. Moving from abroad? Relocation support is included.

What you'll do

• Help German-speaking customers by phone, email and chat
• Solve technical issues with products, devices, apps and digital services
• Assist with account, billing, payment, order and delivery questions
• Handle refunds, cancellations and claims following clear procedures
• In sales teams: offer the right products, upgrades and renewals

What we're looking for

• Native or C1 German
• English at B2 level or higher
• Good computer skills and typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
• Friendly, patient and solution-oriented
• Customer service, tech support or sales experience is a plus, not a must
• Based in Greece or open to relocating
