Role Overview:
The role focuses on identifying and implementing AI and GenAI solutions to enhance automation and business processes, including RPA, BPM, and Power Platform. It combines strong hands-on expertise in AI, API integrations, and programming with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions within an Agile environment.
Role insights:
- Integrate AI / GenAI services into existing and new automation solutions.
- Identify and analyze AI use cases within automation and business processes.
- Work with AI services via APIs (e.g. Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, similar platforms).
- Process and extract value from structured and unstructured data (documents, text, inputs).
- Collaborate closely with Automation Developers, Business Analysts, and Solution Architects.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and support knowledge sharing within the team.
What makes you unique:
- Solid understanding of AI / ML concepts (NLP, classification, information extraction, decision support).
- Hands-on experience with GenAI / LLMs (prompt engineering, API-based usage).
- Strong skills in Python or Java.
- Experience working with REST APIs.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
