This school is currently seeking a Teaching Assistant to work within a KS2 classroom supporting the Class Teacher with the learning and development of the children.  This Primary School highly believes that a school must be a welcoming and caring place where children, families and staff can work together to bring together the community around them and to allow their children to reach their full potential.  The Role This opportunity is to start as soon as possible working Monday to Friday, but working mornings only, supporting Maths and English interventions. The Head Teacher is looking for an educator with prior experience working within KS2 classrooms, someone with a strong curriculum knowledge who is confident to take small groups out and adapt activities to meet their understanding and needs.  You will be expected to: Support the Class Teacher with lesson delivery Work closely with small groups of children to develop their understanding. Work with other staff members to ensure the resources are available for children to access all learning. Lead small group and individual interventions.  Working with Long-term Teachers: We are an independent agency working with Nurseries, Primary, Secondary and Special Schools. LTT was founded with the aim of creating a genuine, transparent and straightforward service to help candidates secure their next role.
