As a Sales person, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including but not limited to:Building and maintaining relationships with clientsIdentifying and qualifying potential leadsConducting market research and analysisShowing properties to clients and providing in-depth informationNegotiating and closing dealsCollaborating with the marketing team to develop strategies QualificationsStrong sales and negotiation skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge and understanding of the real estate marketAbility to build and maintain relationshipsSelf-motivated and result-orientedAttention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in relevant software and CRM systemsPrior experience in the real estate industry is preferredBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
