Junior Lawyer

On behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Junior Lawyer.

The selected candidate will support the legal and corporate teams on a variety of matters, including legal research, drafting, compliance, and general advisory work. This role offers hands‑on experience, direct involvement in ongoing legal matters, and the opportunity to grow within a dynamic professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support on corporate, commercial, compliance and regulatory matters
• Assist with drafting, reviewing and maintaining legal and transactional documents
• Support corporate governance tasks including company formation, minutes and resolutions
• Conduct legal research and prepare reports, summaries and internal memos
• Assist with client engagement and coordination with external stakeholders
• Contribute to compliance reviews, including AML documentation
• Support litigation preparation and risk‑mitigation activities

Requirements

• Degree in Law and warrant to practise in Malta
• Fluency in Maltese and English (spoken and written)
• Minimum 1 year PQE in corporate and commercial law
• Experience in compliance, yachting, or aviation sectors is an asset
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload
