Position Summary:
The Retention Intern will support the retention team in various aspects of our day-to-day operations. This role offers hands-on experience in managing customer contract and also customer’s onboarding. The intern will work closely with team members across Retention Team, Customer Success Team special projects.
Key accountabilities and responsibilities:
Coordinate communication projects, maintain project timelines, support event planning, and assist with preparing presentations and stakeholder reports.
Help process customer onboarding activities and ensure accuracy of customer information and documentation.
Collect, clean, and analyze customer contract details while supporting data‑related tasks to ensure accuracy.
Assist the team in resolving customer queries and providing timely support.
Skills, knowledge, experience & qualifications:
Current enrolment or graduate of Bachelor's degree in any field
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
