- Drive growth across the Temporary Social Care Staffing market
- Develop relationships with care providers, supported living services, and local authorities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across the region
- Build and maintain long-term client partnerships
- Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure high-quality staffing delivery
- Increase market share through proactive sales and networking activity
- Attend client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Contribute to regional growth strategy and commercial performance
- Proven experience in business development within healthcare or social care staffing/recruitment
- Strong understanding of temporary staffing within social care
- Existing relationships within the care sector (desirable)
- Commercially driven with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage regional business activity
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management abilities
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required
