About the Role
We are seeking team members for front-of-house positions who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a collaborative service team. These roles are essential to daily operations and focus on providing a consistent, welcoming guest experience in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are dependable, team-oriented, and committed to thoughtful, attentive service.
Pay & Schedule
- $20/hour + tips
- Full-time and part-time positions available
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and beer according to house standards
- Provide friendly, professional guest service at the bar and dining room
- Assist guests with wine selection and food pairings
- Set up, stock, and maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Follow proper alcohol service guidelines and comply with ABC regulations
- Enter orders and manage tabs using a POS system
- Maintain consistency in drink preparation and portion control
Required Experience & Skills
- Previous experience as a bartender in a restaurant or bar setting
- Knowledge of wine, spirits, and classic cocktails
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy service periods
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays
Certifications
- California Food Handler Certification (required or ability to obtain)
- Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification (required or ability to obtain)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and frequently lift 10–20 lbs
