About the role:

Kollázs Restaurant is seeking a passionate, guest-focused Bartender to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who brings creativity, precision, and exceptional service standards to craft memorable guest experiences.

As a Bartender, you will play a key role in delivering the unique atmosphere and high-quality beverage program that defines Kollázs, while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

What you will do:

• Prepare and serve a wide selection of spirits and mixed drinks according to established recipes and Four Seasons standards.
• Confirm guest orders, including special requests, and verify completed orders with the guest’s original request using the point-of-sale system.
• Service and take orders from guests seated at the bar, providing engaging and knowledgeable descriptions of each item, including origin, taste, and preparation methods.
• Anticipate guest needs, monitor satisfaction, make suggestions, and respond promptly to guest concerns or requests.
• Collaborate professionally with co-workers and supervisors to maintain smooth bar operations.
• Assist with bar inventory, food service in the bar area, and preparation of beverage garnishes as needed.

What you bring:

• Minimum of two years bartending or related beverage service experience in luxury environment
• Strong knowledge of spirits and mixed drink preparation techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and a commitment to guest service excellence.
• Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environ
