What You’ll Drive
- Develop and implement new business opportunities, creating and executing plans for new and services.
- Improve and optimize business processes, working to enhance efficiency and clarity across the organization.
- Lead the execution of strategic initiatives, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Build strong relationships across departments to influence outcomes and foster long-term partnerships.
- Continuously contribute to the company's growth with a solution-focused approach, recognizing challenges as opportunities for innovation.
What You Bring
- Master's or Bachelor's degree is required in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or in a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Development, Strategic planning, Product owner/development, or Business consulting.
- Strong sense of ownership. Able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinker who can plan, organize, execute, and report ideas and results.
- Computer literacy in MS Office packages required; additional skills in AI is advantageous.
- Broad exposure/experience in the Education area is a plus.
