Location - Paris Showroom (31, rue Saint-Augustin 75002 Paris)
Job summary
- Manage the Paris showroom, including welcoming visitors
- Provide professional administrative support to employees based in the Paris showroom
- Take overall responsibility for hospitality and catering at the Paris showroom
Specific responsibilities
- Ensure the visual appearance of all areas of the Paris Showroom and arrange for any necessary repairs/maintenance
- Ensure the adherence of employees based in the Paris showroom or visitors to the showroom guidelines, and introduce showroom guidelines to the new employees
- Manage the catering
- Set up and tidy meeting rooms when necessary
- Support the French Sales team with customers and A&D visits/events
- Manage the smooth installation/removal of mock-ups (liaising with the French sales team)
- Be a technical support for showroom presentation and IT equipment
- Host unannounced visitors
- Handle the day-to-day administrative tasks related to the Paris showroom and to the employees based in the Paris showroom (mobile phones (lines & terminals), restaurant vouchers, …)
- Manage invoicing and bill payment for the showroom in collaboration with 3A Conseil
- Manage Try A Chair stock programme and update the online spreadsheet accordingly
- Manage CMF so it’s always up to date
- Ensure a safe environment for employees and visitors
- Open the showroom at 9:00
Job holder requirements
Expected Competences
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confidence to give clear instructions and guidance to other MillerKnoll employees to ensure compliance with rules within the Paris showroom
- Ability to manage subcontractors in the provision of services to the Paris showroom
- Personal motivation and ability to drive projects forward

Education and Experience Requirements
- Minimum A ‘level or higher education.
- Fluent in French & English.
- Experience in showroom management or customer service
- Use of Pack Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
