Part-Time Personal Trainer

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Kinema Fitness is a premium fitness center operator that provides on-site wellness solutions to corporate facilities across the country. Kinema Fitness is seeking a Part-Time Personal Trainer to grow the personal training program in a high-end corporate fitness center in Natick, MA. We are seeking someone who is strong in personal training, and wants to grow their book of business. Ideal candidate has a flexible schedule, and wants to train many clients! The position is primarily commission based with a fixed shift rate for floor hours worked.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create a culture of excellent customer service similar to luxury hospitality, that is tailored to the needs of the members and client.
• Assist with daily responsibilities and tasks.
• Registering prospective members and guiding them to the correct person.
• Providing information on classes and availability.
• Handling questions regarding memberships.
• Ensuring the safety and security of visitors, members and staff at all times and taking a responsible attitude towards maintaining the premises and facilities of the Fitness Center.
• Build personal training program.
• Conduct fitness assessments and identify clients’ individual goals.
• Develop customized workout programs for clients based on goals and initial consultation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Certified Personal Trainer (must have an up to date certification)
• Valid CPR/AED certification

Pay: Primarily commission based for Personal Training with a fixed shift rate of $25/hr for floor hours.
