YOUR MISSION
In your role as [Senior] Project Manager, you will be actively supporting and driving the development, and management as well as execution of global commercial projects, across channels, regions, and in close collaboration with other function of the organization, supporting and laying the foundation for PUMA’s future growth and competitiveness.
- In alignment with Director Commercial Strategy, drive selected cross-functional commercial projects and initiatives that support the commercial strategy and priorities
- Prepare, coordinate and facilitate steering meetings with senior leadership, project team and other key stakeholders [internal and external], providing status updates, communicating project risks, recommending future actions, escalating decision points, and obtaining strategic direction from stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with teams across the company to ensure alignment
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, and support the successful delivery of commercial projects
- Keep the progress of assigned projects on track by actively monitoring completion of necessary deliverables and develop mitigation plans in case of critical progress delay
- Provide ad-hoc support of business-critical topics that need to be steered across the channels and other stakeholders, with fast progress and a high level of urgency.
YOUR TALENT
- 5+ years of cross-functional project management experience in a Consulting, Corporate Strategy or similar role, within the sporting goods, fashion or FMCG industry
- University degree in business
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and processes
- Good level of commercial awareness, business acumen and analytical/critical-thinking skills
- Strong skills in problem solving, identifying key issues and developing effective solutions
- Very strong interpersonal and communication skills towards senior management to drive decisions and joint understanding towards one common goal
- Proactive and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently across various stakeholders in the organization
- Team-oriented, resilient, and confident under pressure
- Fluent in English.
