As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll help lead the store to success by supporting a team that delivers standout service and results every day. Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in coaching talent, driving sales and creating a positive, high-performing environment. When the Store Manager is away, you’ll confidently step in to guide the team and keep the store running smoothly.
Customer Experience

Partners with the Store Manager to uphold service and brand standards.

Operational Excellence

Ensures policies, inventory controls, and loss prevention practices are followed.
Creates schedules aligned with business needs and supports expense and inventory oversight.
Contributes to planning and shares customer insights and opportunities.
Guarantee high visual merchandising standards aligned to company guidelines.
