The Position

As a Sales Executive you will manage Account and Ensure Sales Achievement in Assigned Territory & Product lines, assist District Sales Manager in relieving their duties whenever necessary
Your opportunity
- Manage existing Accounts actively to ensure long-term partnership and customer satisfaction proactively
- Develop new accounts with proper and close follow-up of sales opportunity
- Develop and maintain good customer relationships with important and relevant personnel
- Proactive and creative solve problems in managing customers’ complaints by proper investigation and close follow-up in resolving issues (eg: product deliveries/application troubleshooting)
- Coordinate with Distribution partner /Third Party to better serve customers
- Work closely with the Professional Service team to deliver the post-sales service for the maximum customers’ satisfaction.
Who you are
- Have bachelor’s in health/science
- Have 3 years of multinational companies’ experience in Pharmaceutical/ Diagnostic/ Healthcare industrial sales
- Have effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Have creative problem solving and negotiation skills
- Have customer complaint handling skill
