The Contact Center Specialist Level 1 will provide excellent customer service while responding to inbound calls from borrowers and financial institutions as well as perform outbound calls to insurance companies and agencies to verify insurance information.Monday- Friday 12p-9p
Essential Job Functions
- Quickly analyze account history on a proprietary computer system and provide accurate information to assist in one-call resolution
- Perform insurance verifications via outbound calls and the internet
- Meet individual and team performance standards while maintaining good attendance and dependability
- Show courtesy and professionalism on all calls to ensure a positive customer experience
Qualifications
- Strong customer service orientation with active listening skills and a high attention to detail
- Professional verbal and written skills
- Ability to solve routine problems using established procedures
- Ability to type a minimum of 25WPM
- Intermediate computer skills
Education/Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of customer service experience
- Prior experience with auto insurance or collateral protection insurance a plus

Pay information:
The base salary offered for the successful candidate will be based on compensable factors such as job-relevant education, job-relevant experience, training, licensure, demonstrated competencies, geographic location, and other factors. The salary for the position is $16.50 - $29.95.
