About the RoleWe're a growing independent insurance agency in Myrtle Beach looking for an Insurance Agent to join our team. This is a producer role — you'll build your own book of business with real support and mentorship behind you.We're not looking for a long insurance resume. We're looking for someone coachable, competitive, and hungry, who wants to grow into a high-earning career. If you're licensed — or already working toward it — we'll invest in you.Open to candidates willing to relocate to the Myrtle Beach area.What You'll DoProspect and write new personal and commercial lines businessBuild relationships with lenders, real estate agents, and referral partnersAssess client needs and recommend appropriate coveragePrepare quotes, proposals, and policy applicationsPartner with carriers and underwriters to secure competitive termsMaintain accurate records in the agency management systemWhat We're Looking ForActive Property & Casualty license, or currently in process of obtaining oneOut-of-state P&C licenses can be transferred to South CarolinaCoachable — open to feedback, training, and mentorshipSelf-motivated and comfortable in a goal- and commission-driven environmentStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAble to work full-time, in-office, in Myrtle Beach (relocation candidates welcome)Ability to pass a background check and fingerprinting (required by South Carolina to sell insurance)Prior insurance experience is a plus, not a requirementWhat We OfferBase salary plus uncapped commission structureClear path for growth into senior producer rolesSupportive, in-office team environmentHealth Insurance BenefitsWork Location: In person
