Including, but not limited to:
Facility management
Supply requisition
Employee hiring, firing, training and record-keeping
Preparing, writing and conducting employee performance reviews and recommending appropriate merit increases
Participating in developing, modifying and executing company policies and procedures

Receiving
Inventory Control
Manages various business goals including, but not limited to:
Labor Rate Goal as a percentage of sales
Productivity Goals
Receiving and Put-away Specification Goals
High Velocity Bins Replenishment
Shipping Specification Goals
Shipping Accuracy (Shipping errors)
Inventory Accuracy (Ghost Inventory, Cycle adjustments, etc.)
Safety and department security
Minimum Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Logistics, Supply Chain or related discipline with a minimum of 8 -10 years of related WH management expertise or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Warehouse procedures, forklift training, licensing, hazardous materials, worker’s compensation, disaster recovery, evacuation, and materials handling
Worker’s compensation
Minimum of 5-7 years of related operations/warehouse experience
Minimum of 7-10 years of people management experience
Demonstrated proficiency with shipping, receiving and inventory control processes and procedures
Demonstrated business communications skills, including negotiations and presentations skills
Familiarity with and ability to use Microsoft Office applications
Ability to travel throughout the US (25%)
Current driver’s license and the ability to maintain a clean driving record
