What will you be doing here?

Esta cadeira será responsável por ajudar a impulsionar o canal online por meio da gestão de portfólio de iniciativas, acompanhamento financeiro de projetos e desenvolvimento de novas frentes estratégicas de crescimento para o ecommerce.

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

• ​Governança de Portfólio: Acompanhar o pipeline de projetos do e-commerce LATAM e apoiar a liderança na condução de novas iniciativas.
• Análise Financeira e de Indicadores: Consolidar e monitorar métricas financeiras (ROI, margem, incremento de receita) e de desempenho, traduzindo dados em diagnósticos estratégicos.
• Suporte Analítico e Relatórios: Transformar dados do e-commerce em diagnósticos práticos, organizando relatórios de acompanhamento para apoiar a liderança na tomada de decisões.
• Colaboração entre áreas: Articular parcerias com áreas como Finanças, Produtos Digitais, CRM, Operações, O&L, CX e Mídia para acelerar o avanço dos projetos.
• Inovação e Estratégia: Mapear oportunidades de negócio, analisar benchmarks e desenhar soluções para a evolução contínua do e-commerce.

Quais os requisitos?

• Formação em Administração, Engenharia, Marketing ou áreas correlatas;
• Experiência em E-commerce, Gestão de Projetos/Produtos, Consultoria ou Growth;
• Conhecimento em análise financeira de projetos (ROI/margem) e KPIs de e-commerce;
• Conhecimento em SQL e Tableau;
• Habilidade analítica para interpretar dados e gerar insights estratégicos;
• Excelente comunicação, com habilidade para influenciar stakeholders;
• Curiosidade, proatividade, organização e capacidade de lidar com múltiplas prioridades. 

Quais os diferenciais?
