Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior Executive – SAP SD & Salesforce CRM to support and maintain the SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) module and Salesforce CRM system. The ideal candidate will provide user support, assist with system enhancements and testing, and contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for SAP SD and Salesforce CRM users.
• Assist in resolving system issues and coordinate with external consultants when required.
• Support sales order processing, customer master data, pricing, and billing activities.
• Participate in system enhancements, testing, and user acceptance activities.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and user training materials.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in ERP, CRM, or business application support.
• Exposure to SAP SD and/or Salesforce CRM will be an added advantage.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and deliver quality support.
