Description
Principal Accountabilities-
Preparing and compiling bank-wise indents. Maintaining and updating route-wise sheets. Managing routes as per the route indent sheet. Assigning routes and managing combination passwords for ATMs. Handling bank withdrawals and ATM loading operations. Managing FLM (First Line Maintenance) calls related to ATM downtime or other errors. Completing and updating the ATM loading status. Overseeing cash processing, including loading and removal of cash from ATMs. Preparing and submitting daily reports related to operations and cash handling.
Knowledge & Experience-
- Strong knowledge of Indian currency denominations.
- Expertise in cash counting and handling.
- Experience in ATM cash management and operations.
- Ability to complete tasks within TAT (Turnaround Time).
- Familiarity with ATM switch counters.
- Knowledge of both CRM ATMs and normal ATMs.
