Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to a clients by managing personal lines insurance accounts, including home, auto, jewelry, art, boats, and flood policies.
Compensation Package
- Salary: Competitive, ranging from $50,000 to $60,000 annually, based on experience.
- Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
Responsibilities
- Manage personal lines insurance accounts, including renewals, certificates, endorsements, policy changes, and marketing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with quoting new and renewal business as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the agency management system.
- Collaborate with the Personal Lines Manager and team to ensure seamless account management.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in an insurance agency setting. Experience with Farmers Insurance is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Applied Epic software is preferred but not mandatory.
