We're looking for a passionate Learning & Development Specialist who will help shape a culture of continuous learning across our organisation. In this role, you'll design and deliver impactful development initiatives, support leaders in building future-ready teams, and create engaging learning experiences that strengthen capability at every level.
This is an exciting opportunity to combine facilitation, programme design, stakeholder partnership, and innovation to make a real difference to how our people learn and grow.

This role offers the opportunity to influence how learning happens across a growing international organisation.
You'll work closely with leaders and People teams to identify capability needs, shape development strategies, and deliver programmes that support both current business priorities and future success. You'll also help introduce modern learning solutions, including digital platforms and AI-enabled tools, to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
What will you be doing?
Designing and delivering engaging learning and development programmes.
Facilitating workshops, training sessions, and development activities for employees and managers.
Partnering with leaders and People Business Partners to identify capability gaps and development priorities.
Building learning pathways, development frameworks, and capability-building solutions.
Evaluating programme effectiveness and using insights to continuously improve learning outcomes.
Supporting leadership development, talent, and succession initiatives.
Managing relationships with external learning providers and facilitators.
Driving innovation in learning through digital solutions, modern methodologies, and AI-enabled tools.
What we're looking for
Experience coordinating learning and development programmes.
Experience designing and facilitating workshops, training sessions, or development activities.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
Strong organisational and project coordination capabilities.
Ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt learning approaches to different needs.
Fluency in Polish, both spoken and written.
Professional English language skills (minimum B2 level).
Experience designing learning solutions and development frameworks would be an advantage.
Knowledge of Learning Management Systems, e-learning tools, coaching methodologies, or psychometric frameworks is welcome.
Interest in innovation and experience using AI tools to support learning and capability development will be highly valued.
