About the Role:
As a Scheduling Coordinator, you are the first point of contact for our patients. You will work hand-in-hand with our Orthodontists, clinical assistants, and team leaders to ensure seamless daily operations and maximize patient treatment time.
This dynamic role helps support multiple state-of-the-art clinics, so flexibility and a willingness to assist across locations are key to your success and our team’s daily harmony.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Hospitality: Welcome patients, answer incoming calls, handle appointment scheduling, and send confirmations.
Multi-Clinic Support: Travel locally to assist across our 3 modern locations to ensure continuous, high-quality patient care.
Clinical Collaboration: Partner with doctors and clinical staff to keep daily appointments on schedule.
Practice Administration: Manage patient accounts, verify insurance eligibility, and maintain accurate digital dental records.
Office Coordination: Maintain office inventory/stock levels and assist with light general housekeeping to keep our clinics pristine.

Experience: 2+ years of administrative, customer service, or medical office experience preferred.
Mobility: Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license to travel between our 3 local clinics.
Skills: Basic computer literacy and legible handwriting.
