Position: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Dev
Location: Lisbon/Oporto - Hybrid
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to design, develop, and support marketing automation solutions across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketing Cloud Next, Data Cloud (Data 360), Sales Cloud, and Agentforce. The role will focus on customer journeys, integrations, audience activation, personalization, and AI-powered marketing capabilities. The Salesforce team is a transversal team, including BA, DEV e QA in order to produce and develop all the needs, new features and support the current tool for all the business lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder);
- Build personalized campaigns using AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, HTML, and CSS;
- Integrate Marketing Cloud with Sales Cloud and external systems using APIs;
- Support Data Cloud (Data 360) capabilities including segmentation, identity resolution, audience activation, and customer profile unification;
- Implement and optimize Marketing Cloud Next capabilities;
- Design and support Agentforce use cases for campaign creation, segmentation, content generation, and marketing automation;
- Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Sales, and Technology teams to deliver scalable customer engagement solutions.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud development experience;
- Strong expertise in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, AMPscript, SQL, and SSJS;
- Experience integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce Sales Cloud;
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and marketing automation solutions;
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, CRM processes, and data-driven marketing.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Marketing Cloud Next;
- Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360);
- Experience with Salesforce Agentforce and Einstein AI capabilities;
- Knowledge of Customer 360 architecture and audience activation;
- Experience with MuleSoft, Snowflake, or similar integration platforms;
- Understanding of GDPR and data privacy requirements.

- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer;
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant;
- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant;
- Salesforce AI Associate / AI Specialist;
- Salesforce Agentforce Specialist
