Job Summary
Join us in the Managed Print Services Organization (MPS) Customer Finance Partners (CFP) team, where you will provide financial analysis to a set of strategic accounts to the company to ensure their profitability and success. You will have the opportunity to support and forecast ensuring profitability throughout the contract's life and gaining invaluable insights by interacting directly with the business.
Your responsibilities will include assisting the business monthly with actuals analysis, forecasts, and narratives. You will handle Month-End-Close activities for the accounts assigned and act as a team lead for a group of talented financial analyst to ensure compliance and improvement in all processes.
We are looking for someone with unique mastery and recognized authority on financial analysis and account advisory demonstrating deep knowledge on Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet Management. Contributing to the development of innovative principles and ideas and providing highly innovative solutions; providing mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees and developing methods, techniques, and criteria for achieving objectives. This person will act as a functional manager within area of expertise but will not manage other employees as a primary job function.
Responsibilities
- Provides the most complex financial analysis for the Managed Print Services Organization, typically exercising a unique understanding of the business to determine the best method for achieving objectives.
- Consults with the WSS and GSS business leaders to guide and influence long- term and strategic decision-making within the broadest scope.
- Provides monthly forecast to a set of high profile / strategic customer accounts ensuring that risks are covered, and the account remains profitable throughout the life of the overall contract, interacting first-hand with the business.
- Leads a group of analysts across multiple areas within finance to ensure goals are achieved and group projects materialized.
- Drives process improvement and policy development initiatives that could lead to a positive impact to the MPS Finance Market team and ensures that all processes are consistent with the compliance controls.
- Represents the team during cross-regional or cross- functional planning as well as during Asset Impairment Reviews and other MOC meetings.
- Provides mentoring and guidance to analysts.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
