The Boyd Group is one of the largest operators of collision repair centers in North America, with more than 950 locations and over 13,000 employees across Canada and the U.S. Headquartered in Winnipeg and publicly traded, we provide high-quality auto collision and glass repair under several well-known brands.

What You’ll Do
● Rotate across multiple areas of finance for a broad learning experience
● Assist with audit preparation and documentation
● Review and organize financial reports and data
● Support reconciliations and verify data accuracy
● Contribute to diverse accounting and financial reporting projects

● Collaborate with the finance team to meet key internal deadlines
What We’re Looking For
● Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Accounting or
Finance
● Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with financial data
● Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
● Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
● Professional, self-driven, and accountable
Preferred Qualifications
● Previous office or administrative experience is a plus
● Business students—especially those from the Asper School of Business
(University of Manitoba)—are encouraged to apply
● Interest in corporate audit, reporting, or operational finance
