About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to support the delivery of projects across multiple business functions. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in project planning, coordination, and execution while working alongside experienced project professionals.

You will be exposed to real business projects, develop practical project management skills, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and professional environment.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in planning, coordinating, executing, and monitoring project activities.

• Track project progress, timelines, deliverables, and task lists to ensure projects remain on schedule.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates.

• Record meeting minutes and follow up on action items with stakeholders.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, IT, Design, Operations, and other business units.

• Assist in identifying project risks, issues, and potential roadblocks, and support resolution efforts.

• Communicate and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders as required.

• Perform administrative and project-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
   

About You

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

• Able to provide a University Introduction Letter, Student Confirmation Letter or Student ID 

• Able to commit for a 3-6 months internship

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong organisational and time management skills.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
