Schedule: Full time, 36 hrs. 5:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Variable days and every other weekend.
Job Summary
Essential Functions
Prepare and present a variety of food items across retail stations, including salad bar, deli, dessert coolers, and hot entrée areas
Portion, package, label, and date products in compliance with food safety and organizational standards
Deliver exceptional customer service while processing transactions via cash, credit card, and badge systems, including team member dine-and-deduct
Accurately manage cash handling procedures, including balancing and closing tills
Prepare made-to-order items such as deli sandwiches while maintaining speed and quality standards
Oversee breakfast beverage stations by restocking, brewing coffee, preparing espresso beverages, and maintaining cleanliness of equipment
Qualifications
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent
CRT-Accredited Food Handler - ANSI National Accreditation Board ANSI National Accreditation Board 90 Days
CRT-Accredited Food Allergy Certificate - ANSI National Accreditation Board ANSI National Accreditation Board 90 Days
CRT-Accredited Food Protection Manager, CFP - ANSI National Accreditation Board ANSI National Accreditation Board 90 Days
Preferred
Associate's degree Hospitality or Nutrition
No Experience Food Service preferably in health care or related field
