What You Will Do

• Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts in line with established recipes and quality standards.

• Ensure consistent product quality, presentation, and freshness across all bakery items.

• Support inventory management, stock rotation, ordering, and cost control while minimizing waste.

• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness throughout the work area.

• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth daily operations and timely production.

• Contribute ideas for new menu items and seasonal specialties while staying current with industry trends.

• Support the training and development of junior team members as required.

• Demonstrate flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays, based on operational needs.

• Uphold the hotel's service standards and deliver exceptional quality in all aspects of the role.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Demi Chef De Partie in Pastry Kitchen a similar role in luxury five-star hotels.

• Strong knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, and COSHH regulations.

• Fluent English communication skills.

• Passion for pastry and baking.

• Strong work ethic with a collaborative team spirit.
