Job Description

• Provide operational support on customer account opening, static data maintenance, ensuring service standards and team KPIs are met.
• Ensure data accuracy and approve all transactions input by makers on core banking system and downstream systems.
• Act as checker for e-Banking (GEB) transactions, including customer registration, token management, user access administration, and system parameter maintenance.
• Support the signature review and approval on signature verification system.
• Prepare audit confirmation reports and bank reference letters for customers, including fee collection and reconciliation processes.
• Coordinate corporate searches, business registration searches, land searches, and related information requests with external service providers and overseas branches.
• Perform AML name screening and maintain customer database controls in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Prepare and review periodic management reports, registers, reconciliations, and operational MIS.
• Support document management activities, including scanning, archiving, filing, and record retention.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), system enhancements, digitalization initiatives, and process improvement projects.
• Ensure all operational activities comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Handle ad hoc assignments, projects, and initiatives as assigned.

Job Requirement

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of banking operations experience with at least 5 years of supervisory role.
• Hands-on experience in banking operations, particularly in customer data management, account services, and operational controls.
• Sound knowledge of AML/KYC requirements, customer due diligence processes, and regulatory requirements relating to account opening and maintenance.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and detail attention to detail.
• Well-organized with effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
